CCE Development was created with the idea of developing desirable real estate assets in growing areas of Texas and owning them for the long term. We believe that Texas will continue to grow both in population and need for affordable housing options as well as service based office and retail to serve the potential for 10 to 25 million new residents. We will create value for our investors by developing these much needed assets in the path of growth in the major suburban markets of Texas and create sustainable developments with long term cash flow opportunities.
CCE Development (CCE) has extensive experience in performing market and financial feasibility for real estate development, and has had direct development experience in the development of over 2,300 multifamily units with an additional 2,800 in planning. We have also developed single family lots for area home builders.
Prior to CCE Development, our principals have been the lead development engineer for numerous developers in Austin and San Antonio over the past 20 years including retail, industrial, office, apartments, mixed use and urban infill projects including several award winning projects by the San Antonio Business Journal.
