Founder & Principal
Chris Weigand
Owner, CCE Development · Lead Project Manager, Freestone Development
Chris Weigand is a San Antonio-based land development executive and civil engineer focused on advancing new housing communities. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Civil Engineering, he built his foundation in land development engineering and has since led several engineering firms — including the San Antonio office of Big Red Dog — while guiding large-scale housing and multifamily projects from early site evaluation through execution.
As owner of CCE Development, Chris brings hands-on expertise across land strategy, entitlement, infrastructure coordination, and project delivery. His experience includes expanding the Vantage Development platform by nearly 7,000 units across six states. He was recognized as CEO of the Year by the San Antonio Business Journal and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Chris also serves as Vice Chairperson of the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee in Fair Oaks Ranch, reflecting his ongoing commitment to infrastructure planning and community development.

Kevin Denson, P.E.
Director of Engineering, CCE Development · Licensed Professional Engineer
Kevin is an accomplished civil engineer and the Director of Engineering at CCE Development. With over 15 years of experience leading complex engineering projects, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to every team he joins. Kevin began his career as an Assistant Project Manager at KFW Engineers & Surveying and steadily advanced through roles including Project Manager at KLove Engineering and Team Leader at WGI.
Since 2021, he has been guiding engineering operations at CCE Development, ensuring projects are executed with precision, innovation, and a focus on quality. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
